Residential Childcare Worker

Carbrey Care is growing, and we would love you to join us. We have 1 wonderful home in Gloucester, and are soon to open a second. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team players to join us in looking after children and young people from traumatic backgrounds. We will work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes and to go on to live happy and fulfilled lives

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Residential Child Care Workers and Senior Residential Child Care Workers.

Full time salary range is £21,320 at Entry Level, to £26,395 for experienced Senior Care Workers

In addition to the starting salary there is the opportunity to supplement your salary by up to £5,039.16 carrying out sleep in shifts. (Based on an average of 5 sleep in shifts per month)

We are currently offering a sign on bonus of £1,000 for full time staff, and we operate a referral scheme that can pay you an additional £500.

Full UK Driving License is essential.

Enhanced DBS certificate is required.

QCF L3 CYP Workforce qualified is desirable.

Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends. Some of our residential homes require night shifts. We particularly welcome applications from candidates who would like to work sessional shifts (in house bank).

Senior Support Worker (Support Living for Young People)

Carbrey Housing is growing, and we would love you to join us. We have 2 wonderful homes in Gloucester, and are looking to open more. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team players to join us in looking after young people aged 16 to 18 from a variety of backgrounds. We will work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes and to go on to live happy and fulfilled lives

We are currently recruiting for Supported Housing Officers/Senior Supported Housing Officers

Full time salary range is £20,000 at Entry Level, to £24,740 for experienced Supported Housing Officers

In addition to the starting salary there is the opportunity to supplement your salary by up to £9,346.48 carrying out sleep in shifts. (Based on working 2 sleep in shifts per month)

We are currently offering a sign on bonus of £1,000 for full time staff, and we operate a referral scheme that can pay you an additional £500.00
